Regular Meetings
We have a wide range of regular meetings happening throughout the week.
Sundays
Each Sunday we meet together in the morning and the evening to worship God and to hear from his word, the Bible.
Morning service
This starts at 10:30am and runs until about 12pm. The service included songs, readings from the Bible, prayers and a sermon. You can find out more about this service in our What to expect section. During term time, Bible Explorers runs during the sermon for kids aged 3+, find out more about that here.
Evening service
This starts at 6pm and usually finishes around 7pm. The service takes different formats, you can look at the calendar to find out what is happening this Sunday. There isn’t any kids’ group during the evening service, but kids are welcome to come along.
Prayer Meetings & Small Groups
Every Wednesday we meet to look at the Bible and pray together.
Small groups
On the first and third Wednesdays of the month, we do this in small groups. These groups are hosted in homes and people go to the same small group each time – it’s a great way to get to know each other better, so we can pray and care for one another more. Small groups are also a time when we reflect on what we have learnt in our Sunday morning sermons.
Different small groups run at different times to fit around work/kids/caring commitments. There is also a group that meets on Tuesdays in the daytime. If you would like to join a small group, please chat to one of our elders, or get in touch here.
Prayer meetings
Every 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month, 7:30-9pm
On the second and fourth Wednesday of each month we meet together in our church building for a prayer meeting. These meetings run from 7:30-9pm. There is usually a brief Bible reading and then we spend the rest of the time praying. Everyone is welcome to attend these meetings.
If there is a fifth Wednesday in a month, we meet with other churches in our local area, so we can hear what they are doing and pray for each other. These meetings take place in different locations each time, so please get in touch if you’d like to know where this is happening.
For Kids & Youth
We have groups and activities for kids of all ages - from tiny babies to not-so-little teens!
Bible Explorers
Sunday mornings during term time
Bible Explorers is for children aged 3-11 and runs during the morning service. We listen to something from the Bible, talk about what we’ve just heard, and complete activities, such as colouring, word searches or craft.
Good News Club
Fridays during term time, 6:30pm-7:30pm
Good News Club is our club for children in primary school. Our activities include finding out more about God from the Bible, playing exciting games, singing, drama, competitions and quizzes.
Friday Club
Fridays during term time, 8pm-9:45pm
Friday Club is our youth group for kids in school years 7+. Each week we split into groups and have interactive discussions and study the truths of the Bible together. There are fun activities for the young people to join in as well as refreshments and time to relax and chat.
For Men
Time out in the Shed (online)
First Thursday of the month, 9pm-10pm
An opportunity for men to chat, to be real about life and to encourage each other with the truths of God’s word. Grab a drink and join us on Zoom.
For Women
Sharing Skills
Fridays, 10am-12pm
A time for women to come together to share and learn different skills in a friendly place. Activities include: knitting, crocheting, sewing, quilting, cross-stitch, cushion making and batik. Bring your own project or come and learn a new skill.
Women’s Bible Study
Fridays, 12pm-1pm
